Hi, I'm Carrie Grier
A Woman of Faith
Spread the Word Tees was created with one mission — to share the message of faith, hope, love, and encouragement through meaningful apparel.
My Faith Journey
I became a Christian at an early age and always loved attending church and reading the Bible. But throughout the years, I was not always fully committed to God. I knew I wanted a different path for my life —one rooted in purpose and faith.
I rededicated my life to God and desired to faithfully serve Him. I began praying and asking God what purpose He had for my life and how He could use me.
Scripture became my guide. The Word of God provided encouragement, conviction, and direction.
The Beginning of Spread the Word Tees
In 2010, the idea came to me that placing scripture on a t-shirt could be a powerful way to share the Word of God.
I wrote down several of my favorite scriptures and created a simple design.
One of those scriptures was Philippians 4:8, which reminds us to focus on whatever is true, honest, just, pure, lovely, and of good report.
Stepping Out on Faith
The name Spread the Word Tees came to me clearly, and I wrote it down.
Habakkuk 2:2 says:
"Write the vision and make it plain."
For many years that vision stayed written down while life continued — work, responsibilities, and raising a family.
But I never lost faith in the vision God placed in my heart.
The Mission Today
Today, Spread the Word Tees is dedicated to creating meaningful apparel that brings people together and shares messages that matter. From faith-based designs that inspire and encourage, to custom shirts for churches, schools, families, and special events, each piece is created with purpose.
Whether worn personally, at church, at school events, family reunions, or community gatherings, every shirt is designed to spark connection, start conversation, and share something meaningful.
We believe in spreading messages rooted in love, positivity, and encouragement, and we welcome people from all walks of life to connect with designs that speak to them.
